Roques de García, Teide National Park, Tenerife
The Roques de García are a set of rock formations located at the Teide National Park. They are a huge rock formations composed of the accumulation of several layers of different materials, before being eroded, forming a wall that separated the two craters of Las Cañadas. The result of this prolonged erosion are curious forms that currently can be seen, the most spectacular being the Roque Chincado, The Cathedral and La Cascada.
