Saint-Wolfgang Chapel, Kaysersberg, Alsace, France
Built on a rock in the south of the town, the old chapel of the Leprosarium was consecrated in 1418, rebuilt in 1488 by the clerk trustee who donated it to the city, demolished, rebuilt again in 1519. Flanked by a turret to access a small platform, the single nave, whose ceiling has been rebuilt in the 18th century, is extended by a chorus in a semicircle. The municipal museum holds several sculptures from the 15th, 16th and 18th centuries from this Chapel.
