Casa de la Vila, Lloret de Mar, Costa Brava, Catalonia
The neo-classical style Casa de la Vila or town hall was constructed according to the plans drawn up by Félix de Azúa, between 1868 and 1872. One of the most modest in Catalonia, it was solemnly inaugurated in February 1872 and attended by the Province's highest authorities. The City Hall's clock was installed the same year. Construction of the bell tower, named "bona nit", was awarded to the blacksmith Pere Tarrats, by design of Agustí Fon.
